The yeast propagation tank which was designed in our manufactory is an effective solution for craft breweries. Beer yeast, due to their influence on the taste, the aroma and the colour of beer, are the most important ingredient in the brewing process. With our equipment you may produce yeast of the highest quality. Our devices optimize the production of beer characterised not only by well-defined aroma but also enable experimenting with new sensory features of the beverage.

The yeast propagation tank may also be a storage device of yeast previously used in large fermentation equipment, therefore there is no need for using separate yeast storage tanks in small breweries.

Due to the semi-automatic control of the device, the brewers have the discretion to regulate such factor as the temperature and to experiment during the fermentation of beer.

The device is equipped with a CIP system.
